Driving to Shelter Cove
The road from Hwy 101 to Shelter Cove, 24 miles winds through the Coast Range and the last 15 miles is very twisty and steep. Several stitch backs that need to be taken at 5mph... No Joke. The last 3 miles down a very steep hill with several switch backs must be take with great care. I an a BMW driver and have lived in the hills most of my lift. This is a seriously steep road and must be driven with care.
